  • Yes, we provide health certificates for all birds sold on our website. The certificates are issued by a licensed veterinarian and include information about the bird's health status, vaccinations, and any other relevant information. These certificates serve as proof that the bird is healthy and fit for purchase.

    If the bird has health issues or died within 72hrs upon receiving, please perform necropsy if the bird has passed wasy. The steps are below

    1. Obtain necessary equipment: gloves, surgical instruments, and a necropsy table.

    2. Place the bird on the necropsy table in the proper position for examination.

    3. Inspect the bird's external features for any abnormalities or injuries.

    4. Open the bird's body cavities, starting with the thorax and then the abdomen, to examine the internal organs.

    5. Take samples of organs, tissues, and fluids for further testing.

    6. Document your findings and take photographs if necessary.

    7. Dispose of the bird's remains properly, in accordance with local regulations.

    8. It is important to note that necropsy can be a complex process, and it is highly recommended to have a veterinarian or someone with experience to perform the procedure.

    We handle shipping of birds in the following way: For customers located in Bangalore, birds can be self-picked up, delivered through porter, Dunzo or other available local delivery services. For customers located outside Bangalore, birds can be shipped through bus, train or flight (subject to connectivity).

  • Our policy for returns and refunds for birds is as follows: If you decide to return the bird within 72 hours of receiving it and it is found to be dead or sick, you will be eligible for a full refund, provided the bird is returned in the same condition as it was sold. In case of death or illness, a necropsy report will be required to confirm the cause, and a refund will be issued once we have received and reviewed the report.

    Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
